Chef Yoni Cohen was born and raised in Gan Yavne, Israel, in an Orthodox Jewish home — a world built on tradition, discipline, and family.

At just 17, Yoni made a life-changing decision to move to New York on his own. He began from the ground up, building his craft through long nights, high standards, and a relentless drive to grow — learning every station, earning respect, and shaping his identity in professional kitchens.

By 21, Yoni took a bold step into entrepreneurship and opened his first restaurant venture — driven by ambition, vision, and the belief that food can create a true sense of belonging.

But rather than settling, he chose the harder path: to return to the craft, study deeper, and master the highest level of execution. That journey led him into Michelin-level kitchens, where discipline becomes art and excellence is the only language spoken.

Today, Chef Yoni creates intimate private dining and bespoke events across New York City — bringing together Italian and Japanese inspiration, French technique, and Israeli heart.

His food is clean, seasonal, and emotional — designed not only to impress, but to make people feel something.

“The day I stop learning is the day I die.”
For Chef Yoni, that belief is not a quote — it’s a way of life.
